Business Solution Manager

Responsibilities
- Identify market needs through sales data and feedback from sales teams and customers.
- Define the best way to create products: internally via our R&D teams or externally through suppliers and partners (specifications, costs, timelines, etc.).
- Plan and execute product launches (pricing, product creation in SAP, safety stock, etc.).
- Manage the product lifecycle.
- Maintain the product catalog accessible to customers and internal departments.
- Provide support to sales teams regarding requests related to the managed product ranges.
- Deliver product training for internal teams as well as partners.
- Develop sales of managed products by ensuring expected revenue and margin levels are achieved.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role within an international context.
- Recognized as a dynamic, autonomous, problem‑solving, and results‑oriented individual.
- Fluent in both English and French.
