As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time within budget and scope. As a consequence, your main responsibilities will be:
- To work closely with the Sales teams during the pre-sales phase in order to define customer needs and to show our solutions value.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- To gather, lead and federate project teams (both internal and external) with the aim of preparing a key-account roll out.
- To coordinate the different steps of the process and to ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish, manage and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management.
- Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated.
