Job Description
- Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports
- Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
- Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Participate in client events or trade shows
- Leading and mentoring a team of account managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- 4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions
- Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
- Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
- Ability to understand clients' needs and add value
- High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
- Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
