  • Recognized National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration, Public Management, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years’ experience in registry and record management
  • A valid driver’s license

  • Knowledge of registry duties and practices, data capturing, and computer operation
  • Understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Services

  • Assist with contractor claims and payment processing
  • Prepare audit documentation and reports
