Vuori is looking for a seasoned Omni-Channel Analytics Manager to join our European team to help drive data-led decision-making across all customer touchpoints, including retail stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, helping identify customer journeys (existing & future) and drive synergy across channels & marketing efforts. This role will be at the centre of creating our customer model and will be pivotal in translating data into actionable insights to optimise sales performance, customer experience, inventory efficiency, and marketing effectiveness across all channels. What you'll get to do:
- Omni-Channel Performance Analytics
- Monitor and analyze performance across stores, e-commerce, and marketplace channels
- Develop and track key KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, sell-through, margin)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regions, channels, and categories
- Provide weekly/monthly executive summaries and performance reporting
- Customer & Journey Insights
- Analyze & build end-to-end customer journeys across online and offline touchpoints
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, retention and overall customers experience
- Create customer segments based on behavior, value, and channel interactions to increase LTV and create a deeper relationship with our customers
- Partner with regional & central teams to improve lifecycle and retention strategies
- Conduct in-depth analyses of consumer behavior to uncover trends and preferences, providing actionable insights to inform marketing, merchandising, and product strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts by integrating external data sources and macroeconomic factors into performance analysis
- Develop and refine dashboards to provide visibility into online & offline performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaboration
- Provide data-driven strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that the omni-channel analytics plays a pivotal role in decision-making processes
- Continuously assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact, implementing best practices in data management and channel analysis
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and data teams to ensure reporting, insights, and strategies align with broader company goals
- Innovation & Technology
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for self-service and operational reporting using industry-leading tools and best practices
- Introduce innovative analytical techniques and tools, enabling advanced business analytics and driving online ROI
- Prototype and build visualization tools, working with a team of employees and consultants to deliver best-in-class analytic solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent years of experience; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales planning and analytics, ideally in eCommerce or apparel
- 7+ years of product management experience in defining ecommerce and/or retail analytic capabilities, breaking them down into actionable components, and working cross-functionally to deliver value
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
- Experience identifying use case opportunities for Data Science & Advanced Analytics, building POCs to prove value and justify investment
- Ability to roll-up your sleeves and work independently or with a wider (global) team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
