Overview
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, onboarding, and post-install performance for Liftoff customers. You’ll act as a platform expert, shaping optimization strategies and driving growth across the account lifecycle. You’ll lead experiments, build dashboards, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role inside the Performance Strategy team, focused on turning data and product insights into revenue-enhancing actions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as internal point of contact for key clients, optimizing performance and coordinating with account teams
- Formulate campaign optimization strategies in collaboration with revenue teams
- Assist sales in onboarding new customers and ensuring pre-launch readiness
- Manage both existing and new customers across lifecycle stages to ensure account success
- Launch campaigns with high likelihood of success and flag non-standard pitfalls
- Lead cross-functional projects including experimentation and product releases
- Share knowledge through regular updates in team meetings
- Coordinate across the company matrix with technical and non-technical teams
- Identify and analyze performance trends and issues
- Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards
- Triage and escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Evaluate and improve team processes and best practices
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Design, run, and report on A/B tests to improve performance
- Create dashboards and visualizations for faster troubleshooting and deeper performance investigations
Key requirements
- 2-4 years campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience
