VulnCheck is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the UK. Your role will involve leading customer onboarding, integrating VulnCheck solutions, providing technical support, and ensuring customers achieve value from our intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a technical role within cybersecurity and have a strong grasp of incident response and vulnerability management workflows. Work will be predominantly remote, with occasional on-site meetings in Cheltenham.
