We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fluid Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing detailed engineering analysis, including the necessary calculations, to support the development and documentation of fluid systems for the HPC project.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis of fluid systems, including thermal, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform detailed calculations to support system design, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Perform analysis and define I&C functional requirements of systems including writing of detailed functional diagrams and Functional test platform procedures.
- Develop and produce accurate and thorough system documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and technical reports.
- Perform thermal-hydraulic calculations and modelling.
- Manage modification requests for mechanical and I&C systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate fluid systems with other project components.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to optimize system performance.
- Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to fluid systems in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fluid systems engineering and incorporate best practices into project work.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fluid systems engineering, preferably within the HPC or related industries.
- Strong proficiency in engineering analysis and fluid dynamics calculations.
- Proficiency with engineering software tools such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards and regulations.
