The Position:
As a Process Architect, you will be central to developing and delivering strong management frameworks. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll use your expertise to design streamlined, effective processes that reflect industry best practice—particularly regarding site and operational safety. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage stakeholders at every stage, ensuring a smooth journey from initial design through to full implementation.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Process Architect will include:
- Lead process improvement initiatives by partnering with management and project stakeholders, ensuring coordinated and seamless delivery.
- Ensure all improvement activities remain strategically aligned with wider organisational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, and resource requirements to support clear and transparent communication.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to drive continual optimisation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to document Level 3–4 As‑Is and To‑Be business processes, applying BPMN best‑practice methodologies and using them selectively where they add value.
- Collaborate with Process Leads and SMEs to design higher‑level Level 1–2 End‑to‑End Value Stream Maps.
- Facilitate and lead procedure development workshops, conducting process walkthroughs to secure stakeholder approval and sign-off.
- Provide expert coaching to procedure authors, SMEs, and project leaders to ensure alignment with process, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, consistently prioritising work to meet and exceed agreed deadlines.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and high‑quality documentation and process models across multiple projects.
