This is a delivery position with full end-to-end accountability for civil contracts or work packages within the programmes. Holds responsibility for safe, compliant execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including matrixed resources
  • Own and manage Level 3 and Level 4 schedules, aligned with the overall project plan
  • Control cost, risk, and change through Earned Value Management principles
  • Administer NEC and FIDIC contracts, including claims management and close-out

  • Confident in managing contractor performance and driving improvement where needed
  • Solid application of earned value, risk management, and change control
  • Experience administering NEC and/or FIDIC contracts, including claims, negotiation, and resolution
  • Full budget responsibility, not just performance reporting
  • Background in nuclear, energy, infrastructure, or similarly regulated sectors
  • Good understanding of nuclear quality standards and graded approach to quality
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in a principal contractor environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality delivery
