This pathway is designed for graduates with a strong engineering background who are interested in the planning, coordination and commercial delivery of engineering projects.
You will support project teams with programme management, budgeting, commercial reporting, project planning and stakeholder coordination, while developing a solid understanding of the engineering principles behind the work being delivered.
You will be contributing to project planning, scheduling and delivery activities, and assisting with commercial reporting, budgeting and resource planning activities.
Both pathways provide excellent development opportunities, structured mentoring and exposure to major infrastructure projects.
As either a Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer or Graduate Project Engineer, you will gain exposure to:
- Supporting the delivery of civil and structural engineering projects across infrastructure, rail, bridges and buildings sectors.
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Developing professional knowledge through mentoring and structured career development, including working towards Chartered status.
