Your development journey will be adapted to your individual interests and needs to support, challenge and inspire you; you can expect:
- A 2-week induction programme including your welcome to Vulcain, nuclear fundamentals, safety and key insights from industry leaders.

- Rotational placements giving you diverse, hands-on experience.

- A dedicated mentor to guide your development.
- Our UK-SPEC aligned training programme covering commercial awareness, risk management, and APM PFQ empowers you to grow into a well rounded professional, developing technical expertise and transferrable skills.
- Support towards achieving Chartered status.
- You’ll automatically be included in the Vulcain’s Future Leaders (VFL) programme - a UK wide network for all new entrants.
About you
You must hold or be about to complete a degree in Engineering or STEM related discipline (First or Upper Second Class). You should be committed to a career with Vulcain Engineering. You should thrive in a varied, dynamic, collaborative environment and you must demonstrate:
