Your journey

Your development journey will be adapted to your individual interests and needs to support, challenge and inspire you; you can expect:

  • A 2-week induction programme including your welcome to Vulcain, nuclear fundamentals, safety and key insights from industry leaders.
  • A structured 2-year development plan tailored to your growth and need.
  • Rotational placements giving you diverse, hands-on experience.
  • Opportunities to work on site at major projects.
  • A dedicated mentor to guide your development.
  • Our UK-SPEC aligned training programme covering commercial awareness, risk management, and APM PFQ empowers you to grow into a well rounded professional, developing technical expertise and transferrable skills.
  • Support towards achieving Chartered status.
  • You’ll automatically be included in the Vulcain’s Future Leaders (VFL) programme - a UK wide network for all new entrants.

About you

You must hold or be about to complete a degree in Engineering or STEM related discipline (First or Upper Second Class). You should be committed to a career with Vulcain Engineering. You should thrive in a varied, dynamic, collaborative environment and you must demonstrate:
