We are seeking a Business Manager with a background and experience in installation, commissioning and/or operating plant and equipment within a highly regulated industry. You will have commercial accountability for the projects in your business area and will be required while supporting day‑to‑day operations of the business to continue to identify opportunities to grow our consultancy footprint.

Some of the main responsibilities of the Business Manager will include:

  • Building constructive, trust‑based relationships across our site team and our back-office organisation.
  • Overseeing and supporting consultants deployed on site, including onboarding, workload management and performance oversight.
  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new consultants.
