The PMO Analyst will join a specialised PMO function to assist with the review and coordination of design‑related project documentation. The role centres on applying project management discipline to a wide range of artefacts, including supplier bid packages, project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost information.
Some of the main responsibilities of the PMO Analyst will include:
- Review and assess project documentation from a project management standpoint, ensuring consistency, completeness, and alignment with programme expectations.
- Provide structured support to engineers by managing the PM‑related elements of technical documentation.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
- Work effectively within a multi‑system environment, ensuring information is captured, tracked, and communicated clearly.
- Collaborate with PMO colleagues and engineering teams to maintain coherent project controls and documentation processes.
Preferred Profile:

- Strong logical reasoning and analytical capability.
- Solid Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to deliver work with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in civil engineering or site‑based project environments would be beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with complex document management or multi‑system project setups would be beneficial.
Please note that visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on role criticality and project needs. Many of our UK projects require high-level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK. Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).
