Vulcain Engineering UK’s 2 Year Graduate Development Programme offers an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Construction Project Management Graduate at Hinkley Point C, working on-site five days a week.

Graduates are embedded within the Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Team, where you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of critical construction activities.

You will work closely with construction teams to monitor progress, track key milestones, review schedules, identify risks and issues, and help drive corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved safely.

The scheme combines hands-on project experience with structured training and mentorship to develop key technical, leadership and project management skills.

You will gain exposure to stakeholder management, project controls, reporting, and construction delivery, while working towards industry-recognised qualifications.

As part of one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of major project delivery and build a strong foundation for a successful career in construction project management.

Upon completion of the programme, graduates will have a clear pathway to a range of future roles within Vulcain, including Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, and other project delivery disciplines.

This is more than a graduate scheme, it’s your gateway into a rewarding, long term career in the Nuclear Industry.

This position requires attendance on-site at Hinkley Point C (HPC), working a five-day week, with weekend working as required.

About you

You must hold or be about to complete a degree in Construction, Engineering or STEM related discipline (First or Upper Second Class).
