To deliver a magical and interactive cinema experience by engaging with guests in a friendly and helpful way.
- Brand Ambassador - Hosting Guests
- Warmly welcome guests, offering polite, helpful and friendly support, especially to those needing assistance or without tickets, educating them for a smoother future visit.
- Guide guests through the Vue Your Way experience, helping them engage with self‑service touchpoints and explore the full product range.
- Promote upgrades (e.g., VIP/Ultra Lux seats, Epic screens) and build excitement around films, features and products, encouraging Vue app usage for future visits.
- Provide tailored support throughout the guest journey, offering relevant info on offers, combos, allergen details, merchandise and new features.
- Identify and respond to individual guest needs across all zones to deliver a personalised and outstanding experience.
- Monitor and assist at self‑service touchpoints as needed, ensuring guests receive the best value and service.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all guest and back‑of‑house areas, following hygiene, health and safety and operational procedures.
- Quickly clean auditoriums before and after screenings, ensuring litter, spills and odours are addressed.
- Conduct spot checks in auditoriums for screen and audio quality, guest behaviour, lighting, signage and comfort, escalating issues as needed.
- Support guests with self‑checkout issues, escalating technical problems when required.
- Assist with stock handling tasks including receiving deliveries, storing stock and performing stock checks.
- Manage queues during peak times to maintain guest flow.
- Conduct age‑verification checks and report any compliance issues or disruptive behaviour to management.
- Product Presentation - Enabling Guests to Make Their Purchases
- Keep shop displays fully stocked, neat and accessible, ensuring products are front‑facing and easy to select.
- Return any unwanted products from checkout areas to their correct location.
- Prepare food and beverages according to brand, hygiene and safety standards, ensuring prep areas are regularly cleaned.

- Previous experience of delivering an outstanding guest experience in a fast‑paced and pressurised environment or having had to engage with a group of people to deliver an experience, service, event or task.
- A knowledge, interest and enjoyment of cinema and film, keeping up to date with latest releases.
