Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Delivery Manager with at least 1+ year of experience in a software development environment. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of project delivery processes and will be ready to take on more responsibility in managing software development projects. You\’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
We would love to welcome you to our office, working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the complete delivery process for software development projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide development teams fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Agile Practices: Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential issues early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to maintain high standards of software quality and deliver reliable products.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements within the software delivery cycle, leveraging feedback, metrics, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Ideal degrees would be in a relevant field such as business, computing, technology, or a related discipline. However, candidates with degrees in other fields who have relevant experience or skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of software development processes and tools (e.g., Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD) is not essential but would be advantageous.
