Join a fast-paced, friendly team at the heart of the Performance and Aftermarket industry. We’re looking for a driven, creative Sales & Marketing professional to bring fresh energy and help us grow. You’ll be driving new business, exploring fresh markets, and pushing the VUDU brand to the next level. With a thriving e-commerce platform, strong online presence, and our own workshop and dyno facility, you’ll have all the tools to make a big impact. This is a true ‘sky’s the limit’ role for someone who’s passionate about cars, thrives under pressure, and is ready to hit the ground running. With our loyal customer base and proven platforms, you’ll have every opportunity to deliver results, build relationships, and create exciting new sales opportunities. Role Requirements: – Minimum of three years’ proven sales experience is required, ideally within the automotive or performance aftermarket industry. * Strong understanding of e-commerce and online sales/digital marketing, ideally with experience on Shopify. * Full UK clean driving licence (ideally 25+ to allow use of company vehicles). * Ability to sell at all levels and engage effectively with a wide range of customers. * Strong skills in building and maintaining customer rapport. Competence in administration, including order processing, workshop bookings, managing supplier orders, and maintaining our online store and workshop workflow. * Ability to manage despatch of stock-held orders, including international shipping. * A driven, success-oriented attitude – we are a business built on winning and need team members who are motivated to deliver results. Key Functions and Duties: – * Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, eBay, and Amazon. * Produce monthly sales, traffic, and new idea reports to track performance and identify growth areas. * Lead social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube – the ideal candidate will also be comfortable appearing on camera for our YouTube content. * Actively engage with car groups via Facebook groups, forums, and dyno days to promote the brand. * Demonstrate excellent copywriting, written, and verbal communication skills. Identify new markets and business opportunities, presenting findings to directors for review. * Produce quotations, and proactively canvass business via telephone, messenger, and email. * Process finance applications, ensuring all steps are completed for full payout. Experience with Klaviyo and other marketing platforms is advantageous – full training will be provided. * Attend and represent the company at car shows nationwide, organising exhibition stands, accommodation, travel, and marketing materials. * Participate in local automotive events, including The Motorist, NY500, car club meets etc Additional Advantages: – The ideal candidate will: * Have a fun, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
