Primary Purpose of the Role
To lead the development and execution of Vuba's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, manage the marketing team, and ensure campaigns align with the company's commercial objectives and brand identity.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs and supporting professional development.
- Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage the Vuba brand and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Oversee website performance, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Development and Senior Leadership to support business growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and media partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI using data and analytics.
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Develop a strong understanding of Vuba's products and technical capabilities to effectively communicate their value and create impactful marketing campaigns. Product knowledge will be provided through training.
- Identify, evaluate and maximise marketing opportunities, proactively seeking new channels, partnerships and initiatives, while always thinking about who we should be working with and the different angles we can take to maximise each opportunity.

Specific Skills/Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media

- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role is essential
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position is essential
- Experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies is essential
- Experience managing and developing a marketing team is essential
- Experience within manufacturing, construction or B2B industries is desirable
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a closely related subject (Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or Brand Management) is essential
- CIM Professional Qualification is desirable
