UK & Ireland Sales Manager - Hull Are you energised by building relationships, turning opportunities into results, and helping a fast-moving brand win in a crowded market? If you’re ready to take ownership of sales performance across the UK & Ireland—while representing a product people genuinely admire—then this could be your next great move. We’re looking for a UK & Ireland Sales Manager based in Hull. You’ll lead our sales direction across the region, drive growth with a commercial mindset, and help strengthen partnerships with retailers, trade customers and distribution channels. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety: from strategy and forecasting to field conversations, account development and performance management. Why this role is exciting * Make a real impact: You’ll be accountable for building momentum—across key accounts, prospects and emerging opportunities. * Be part of a forward-thinking team: We’re growing quickly and need someone who can keep up with pace without sacrificing quality or detail. * Represent a brand with serious credibility: Vuba is a recognised, multi-award-winning name in our sector, trusted by customers internationally and backed by quality you can stand behind. * Build on momentum: With a strong following and high visibility, you’ll have a platform to convert interest into commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing As UK & Ireland Sales Manager, your day-to-day will be a blend of relationship-building, commercial leadership and practical sales execution. You’ll: * Own UK & Ireland sales strategy—set direction, shape priorities and deliver against targets. * Manage and grow key accounts—develop existing relationships, strengthen buy-in, and identify expansion opportunities. * Prospect and convert new opportunities—build pipeline, run targeted activity and convert prospects into long-term customers. * Plan, forecast and report—track performance, maintain accurate forecasting and provide clear updates to leadership. * Collaborate across teams—work closely with marketing and operations to ensure sales plans align with product availability and promotional activity. * Represent the brand—lead conversations that reflect confidence, clarity and product knowledge. * Support sales colleagues and improve processes—help refine ways of working, from lead handling to account management cadence. * Stay close to the market—monitor competitor activity, customer needs, pricing pressures and sector trends. What we’re looking for You don’t just sell—you lead. You’re comfortable taking charge of targets, but you also know that long-term success comes from listening, planning and building trust. Ideally, you will have experience across UK sales and account management, plus the confidence to engage stakeholders up and down the customer journey. We’re looking for someone with: * Proven sales leadership experience within a commercial environment (UK/IRE focus preferred). * A consultative approach—you can tailor conversations to the customer, not just the product. * Strong forecasting and organisational skills—you keep plans practical and measurable. * Confidence in negotiation—you can secure agreements while protecting margin and long-term value. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * A results-driven attitude—you enjoy performance, but you’re driven by improvement, not just numbers. * Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland for customer meetings and business needs. How you’ll thrive in the role This position suits a self-starter who enjoys structure, but also understands the importance of flexibility. You’ll be energised by being close to the action—learning what customers want, acting quickly, and turning feedback into better outcomes. If you like making things happen and keeping standards high, you’ll fit right in. Working from Hull This is a Hull-based role. You’ll have a strong home base to plan your route, manage pipeline and collaborate with colleagues—then get out on the road to build relationships and close opportunities. You’ll be supported by a brand with momentum and credibility, and by teams who understand that great sales is built on teamwork. Ready to take the next step? If you’re excited by the chance to lead UK & Ireland sales, strengthen key accounts and help drive growth in a brand that’s moving fast, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and tell us about your experience—especially where you’ve delivered measurable sales results, built partnerships, and improved performance across a wider region. We welcome applications from candidates across the UK & Ireland who can bring commercial insight, professional integrity and enthusiasm for building long-term customer relationships.
