Are you a digital marketer who can turn a strong story into content people want to see, share and act on? Vuba Stone is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to shape engaging campaigns, strengthen our online presence and help more people discover what makes our products stand out. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with clear commercial thinking. You'll plan and deliver digital activity across multiple channels, create compelling content and use performance data to make every campaign work harder. From a first idea through to publishing and evaluation, you'll help ensure our marketing is distinctive, consistent and connected to the people we want to reach.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deliver digital marketing plans that support business priorities, brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan, write and coordinate high-quality content for the website, social media, email and other digital channels.
- Manage the content calendar, balancing planned campaigns with timely ideas, product stories and relevant moments.
- Help grow and engage Vuba's online community through thoughtful, platform-appropriate content and conversation.
- Work with colleagues across the business to gather ideas, expertise, images and information, turning them into clear and engaging marketing materials.
- Support the creation and delivery of campaigns, including paid and organic activity, partnerships and product launches.
- Review website content and user journeys, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, usability and conversion.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor results, spot trends and recommend practical improvements.
- Keep up to date with digital platforms, content formats and marketing best practice, bringing fresh ideas to the role.
- Protect the quality and consistency of the brand across every piece of content, while adapting the message to suit each audience and channel.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation, ideally in a role where you have managed campaigns across several channels.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the confidence to adapt tone and format for different audiences.
- A good understanding of social media, email marketing, website content and digital campaign planning.
- Confidence using performance data to understand what is working and turn insight into action.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to bring forward ideas as well as deliver them.
- An interest in visual storytelling and the ability to brief or work with creative assets effectively.
- Experience with SEO, paid media, content management systems, design tools or marketing automation would be useful, but the most important things are your digital curiosity, sound judgement and ability to create content with purpose.
