About the role
As a Production Operative, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of production tasks in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs). No two days are identical, but you can expect your shift to involve a combination of:
- Working safely and following all health and safety requirements and site procedures
- Operating production equipment and/or working alongside equipment under guidance
- Carrying out quality checks at appropriate stages to ensure outputs meet required standards
- Monitoring material usage and reporting shortages, defects, or production issues
- Carrying out basic assembly/packing tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised work area in line with 5S/housekeeping expectations
- Documenting relevant batch/production information accurately
