A reputable regional housebuilder is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team!
Responsibilities include:
- Cost planning, control, and general commercial input throughout the development process, delivered on time and within budget.
- Understanding, implementing, and adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy and strategy.
- Increasing Trade Contractor Base:
- Identifying new Trade Contractor partners.
- Improving relationships and resolving issues with existing Trade Contractors.
- Tendering for ‘all-risk’ Road, Sewers and Plot works.
- Compiling and presenting site start budgets to the Chief QS.
- Attending regular site visits and collaborating with construction teams to ensure seamless build programme(s) are adhered to.
