We are seeking an Assessment Quality Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract. VTCT Skills (the working name of Vocational Training Charitable Trust) is a market-leading specialist vocational and technical Awarding Organisation. We offer a comprehensive range of qualifications, assessments and services in 17 sectors, including Hairdressing, Beauty, Logistics and Early Years. Working closely with employers and training providers, our ranges are backed by industry and trusted around the world. Principal Responsibilities of the Role
- Support the preparation, review, and quality assurance of assessment materials.
- Coordinate assessment activities across the full lifecycle, including standardisation, awarding, and post-results services.
- Maintain secure and accurate documentation and version control.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to uphold regulatory standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation in assessment processes.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or quality-focused roles.
- Understanding of assessment operations and secure data handling.
- Strong written English, attention to detail, and IT proficiency (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks (e.g. Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition).
- Experience with digital assessment platforms and data analysis.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
