VTA Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join our client's team. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company with over 40 years of industry experience, based in Monton, Salford. They operate exclusively within the commercial sector and are trusted delivery partners on multiple frameworks, including Fire Services, Police Authorities and the North West Consortium.
They work closely with the NHS, Greater Manchester Transport, Salford, Chorley and Wigan Councils, numerous architectural practices, many schools across the North West, and the Dioceses of Salford and Manchester. The work includes office refurbishments and a wide range of commercial construction projects delivered throughout the North West region.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support our client's continued workload. The role will involve pricing commercial construction projects with values ranging from £50,000 to £2.3 million, with the majority of tenders typically between £180,000 and £500,000.
Projected start date: March
Benefits:
