They operate exclusively within the commercial sector and are trusted delivery partners on multiple frameworks, including Fire Services, Police Authorities and the North West Consortium. They work closely with the NHS, Greater Manchester Transport, Salford, Chorley and Wigan Councils, numerous architectural practices, many schools across the North West, and the Dioceses of Salford and Manchester. The work includes office refurbishments and a wide range of commercial construction projects delivered throughout the North West region. \\n\\nWe are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support our clients continued workload.

The role will involve pricing commercial construction projects with values ranging from £50,000 to 2–3 million, with the majority of tenders typically between £180,000 and £500,000.\\n\\nProjected start date: March 2026\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nSalary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\nCompany car or car allowance\\nPension scheme\\nWorking hours: 40 hours per week (8:00am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri) \\nHoliday entitlement: 21 days per annum plus all bank holidays\\nKey Responsibilities: \\n\\nPreparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects\\nReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation\\nObtaining, analysing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations\\nProducing full cost breakdowns and supporting tender submissions\\nLiaising with internal teams, architects and clients throughout the tender process\\nDemonstrating strong commercial awareness and cost control\\nMaintaining clear records of estimates and quotations\\nRequirements:\\n\\nProven experience as an Estimator within the commercial construction sector\\nDemonstrable experience pricing projects between £50,000 and £2–3 million\\nEvidence of completed quotations and successful tender submissions\\nSound knowledge of construction methods, materials and pricing\\nAbility to work accurately to deadlines\\nStrong communication and organisational skills\\nIf you're interested in this opportunity, apply now and we will be in touch
