Class 1 Drivers – Ad Hoc – Manchester – £18.00-£23.00 per hour
VTA Recruitment is looking for reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support a variety of clients across Manchester on an ad hoc basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work, great rates of pay and straightforward driving work .
The roles available offer nice, easy work with no handballing and no heavy lifting , making this an ideal opportunity for drivers who prefer to focus on the driving rather than physical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles for deliveries and collections.
- Complete delivery paperwork and digital records accurately.
- Follow all UK road transport legislation, tachograph rules and company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with transport teams and customers.
Requirements
- A valid Class 1 (C+E) Driving Licence.
- Minimum 3 months Class 1 driving experience .
- A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 9 penalty points on your licence.
- Reliable, professional and safety conscious.
- Flexible to work days, afternoons and weekends.
