Our client is a family-run business that has been established for over 100 years and is the premier supplier to the Fish and Chip and Fast-Food Trade in the North West.
Full in-depth training is provided as well as day-to-day on-the-job training with the Sales Office Manager.

Job Purpose Summary: Working with existing clients to maximise sales through inbound/outbound calls, and call planning

- Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday, including public holidays
- Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities
· To plan and make outbound sales calls to the customer and answer inbound calls as a matter of priority.
· To be responsible for order capture and to ensure it is carried out accurately.
· To maximise the sales potential of every call (in terms of order value and number of products).
· To promote the products that the company has prioritised (whether existing, new, by features and benefits or on offer)
· To work closely with Sales Managers as part of a unified Sales Team to maximise the sales and relationship potential of every customer.
· To be responsible for managing specific schedules (where applicable). This is in terms of cover, as well as detail, keeping it current and relevant.
· To have excellent product knowledge, be responsible for gaps in knowledge, and ask for support when needed
· To respond to the direction and management of Office Sales Manager and Directors.
· Using and updating our Call Management System.
· Counter Sales Service – you will be expected to serve customers who come into our Head Office, dealing face-to-face with customers’ needs, producing paperwork and taking payment.
· Cash Handling – Accurately balancing paperwork and cash from Sales Generation.
· All candidates should have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
