We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a busy service and repairs business based in Middleton, M24. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join an established business on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with an immediate start available.
Working Hours & Pay
- £15.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (can be flexible)
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
- Resolving customer payment and account queries
- Processing and allocating payments accurately
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Supporting the wider accounts team as required
Requirements
- Credit Controller experience – essential
- Confident speaking with customers
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
- A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner
