The Role
Joining a friendly and experienced team, the Service Administrator will be a central part of daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating a team of mobile service technicians and workshop engineers, ensuring maintenance, servicing, and breakdown work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This is a varied and fast-paced role where organisation, communication, and industry knowledge are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, providing a professional and helpful service
- Scheduling vehicles for MOTs, servicing, and repairs
- Allocating engineers to customer sites for maintenance and breakdowns across the region
- Monitoring job progress and escalating issues where necessary
- Producing service reports, logs, and quality check documentation
- Coordinating workshop repairs and updating internal systems
- Liaising with customers to confirm bookings, costs, and work completed
About You
- Previous experience within the transport, vehicle, or engineering sector
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload management
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- IT literate and comfortable learning bespoke systems
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy, reactive environment
What’s On Offer
£27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience
