We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy service and repairs business based in Middleton, M24. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the team with day-to-day administration.
Working Hours & Pay
£12.71 per hour Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (can be flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming service calls
- Taking accurate customer and service details
- Directing calls to the relevant department
- Logging calls and maintaining accurate records
- Completing service paperwork
- Using CRM systems to update and maintain customer and service information
- Using Excel for data entry, record keeping and general administrative tasks
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring company processes are followed
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
