Role: Charity Venue Booker

At VST Venues, we are on the hunt for confident individuals to join our professional and highly successful Venue Booking team.

Sales experience is desirable but not essential as we recruit on life experience, personality, work ethic and attitude.

This role suits an individual who is tenacious, an excellent communicator, rapport builder and passionate to make a difference.

Role overview

The main purpose of the Venue Booker is to build rapport over the telephone with Charity Champions within the UK. This will be done by explaining the fantastic work that the charities do locally and nationally and how the charities really do change lives. Once the rapport has been built you will book charity fundraisers into the venues to create more awareness and ultimately fundraise for these brilliant organisations. It is a lovely role working within a supportive team where you really feel you are making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to venues across the UK
  • Develop a full understanding of the Charities
  • Influence the decision maker/ Charity Champion
  • Work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
  • Achieve targets on call quality and performance measures

Hours of work

We have varying shift patterns available from 2/3 full days 9am-5pm and afternoon shifts of 10am -5pm or 12pm -5pm. We are open to considering Full-time or Part-time candidates.

Once probation is passed, we offer hybrid remote working in which everyone works in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

Salary

£25,396.80 (Full time equivalent).
