As part of Bouygues Construction’s Public Works division, VSL International participates in the construction of major technical structures and guarantees their structural safety and durability: transport infrastructure (bridges, tunnels), industrial and energy production structures, and commercial buildings.

As part of our continued growth across major civil engineering and specialist geotechnical projects, VSL UK is expanding its site operations teams and is currently seeking experienced professionals across a range of specialist plant operator roles, including cutter operators, hydraulic grab operators, CSM operators, drilling operators, and piling operators.

We are particularly interested in candidates with proven experience operating specialist ground engineering and heavy construction equipment, specifically within diaphragm wall construction, cutter soil mixing (CSM), piling & deep foundations, ground improvement works, large-scale infrastructure & heavy civil engineering projects.

Successful candidates will have previous experience operating complex specialist plant and equipment, supporting safe and efficient execution of geotechnical construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.

We are looking for professionals with experience working on major infrastructure, heavy civil engineering, tunnelling, marine, rail, highways or specialist foundation projects, with strong technical understanding of specialist construction plant and site operations. Experience operating equipment from leading manufacturers or specialist foundation equipment is highly desirable.

We are open to professionals with different levels of experience, provided you have strong operational knowledge within specialist ground engineering environments and experience working on technically complex projects. International applications are welcome, and we provide visa sponsorship for relevant specialist experience relocating to the UK.
