Join our Marketing Localisation team! Our Marketing Localisation team supports leading entertainment brands in reaching audiences across markets, ensuring that trailers, promos, key art, teasers, and other marketing assets feel natural, engaging, and consistent in every language. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing global team. This role is well suited to a recent graduate who is keen to gain hands-on experience and build a career in localisation.
You will work closely with project managers in London, as well as Madrid, LA and São Paulo, supporting a wide range of translation, transcreation, voice-over, dubbing, and subtitling projects across marketing, editorial, and gaming content. The role calls for a proactive approach and a strong command of written and spoken English. It offers the chance to work on high-profile projects in a fast-moving environment, while building solid working relationships with teams across different regions.
Key responsibilities- Providing ad hoc administrative and production support as required by the team and the company
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating rates as required
- Organising projects from start to finish, including trafficking materials for suppliers, and communicating daily with project managers
- Quality assurance prior to delivery
- Prepare files for translation using CAT tools
- Working with subtitling software: preparing files for suppliers, prepping for client’s delivery, implementing changes, fixing issues, exporting final deliverables
- Managing workflow to ensure projects are completed on a timely basis, within budget and to a high standard of quality at all times, while adapting to any last-minute changes.
- Completing project admin
- At least one year of experience in localisation or media project management, ideally with streaming platforms or major entertainment brands
- Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving ability, with both creative and analytical thinking
- Comfortable adapting to last-minute changes and shifting priorities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative team player, willing to step in where needed to ensure delivery
- Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with subtitling tools and translation software such as Trados or MemoQ
- Degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation, or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English
