Our Marketing Localisation team helps some of the world’s biggest entertainment, gaming and tech brands connect with audiences across borders, ensuring that trailers, promos, key art, teasers, and other marketing assets feel authentic, engaging, and on-brand in every language. As we continue to expand our global team, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to lead complex, multi-language projects for some of our key clients. Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-language localisation projects from quoting, planning, and scheduling to budgeting, QC, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to VSI’s world-class quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across VSI’s global facilities, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication across assigned projects, building strong and trusted relationships alongside senior team members.
  • Provide proactive account support by understanding client requirements, advising on suitable solutions, and helping identify opportunities to expand support.
  • Lead or support client calls, production meetings, and feedback sessions, ensuring projects run smoothly and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor financial performance, and manage change orders.
  • Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, advising on localisation strategies, and contributing to pre-sales activities.

Core skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in localisation or media project management, ideally supporting streaming platforms or major entertainment brands.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, invoicing, and change orders.
  • Good understanding of localisation services, including graphics localisation, subtitling, dubbing, and access services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with subtitling tools and translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or Ooona would be an advantage.
  • A degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions and regions within a global, evolving team.
