The Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and stakeholders across our diverse services, providing expert HR guidance and strategic people support. Reporting directly to the HR Manager – HR & Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Driving organisational change and supporting key business objectives
  • Coaching and influencing managers at all levels
  • Managing complex employee relations matters
  • Supporting talent attraction, retention and succession planning
  • Promoting best practice people management across the organisation
  • Developing HR metrics and contributing to workforce strategy
  • Supporting compliance, governance and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a confident and experienced HR professional who can work independently while building trusted partnerships across the organisation.

  • CIPD Chartered Membership (or equivalent senior-level experience)
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Experience supporting and advising managers
  • Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
