Fantastic opportunity for a chemistry graduate looking to develop their analytical skills in a leading testing laboratory known for their warm, supportive and inclusive culture. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will analyse a variety of environmental samples using a range of chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation. You will be involved in sample preparation, method development and validation processes within a GLP regulated environment, as well as analysing data sets and producing reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical work on environmental samples, including sample preparation, chromatographic analysis, mass spectrometry data acquisition, method development and validation, and report generation within a GLP regulated environment.
Qualifications
- A degree in Chemistry (or related discipline)
- Previous experience using HPLC, GC, LC-MS and/or LC-MS/MS
- Knowledge of a regulated environment (GLP, GMP, ISO17025, etc) would be beneficial, though not essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team atmosphere
