US & EU Account Manager β Bespoke LED Solutions (OEM)
Location: Hybrid β Andover (2 days/week)
Travel: ca.12 weeks per year (EU & US focus)

Our client design and manufacture world-class LED lighting solutions β this role will focus on the optical microscopy sector. They deliver both off-the-shelf products and bespoke, customisable illumination solutions for OEM integration.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you\βll be the key contact developing potential fledgling leads into long-lasting, established clients. Your focus will be on selling customisable imaging unit solutions, creating long-term partnerships, and converting opportunities into repeat business. In addition to driving strategic growth initiatives, you will manage key accounts, ensuring networks are continually enhanced.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at leading OEMs to forge long-term commercial relationships and recurring revenue
- Represent the business in the EU and USA, attending trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings (travel ca.12 weeks/year)
- Prepare and deliver reports on market trends, pipeline development, and strategic outcomes
- Collaborate internally to shape bespoke solutions and execute strategic growth plans
- Become a visible industry presence, ensuring the business remain front of mind for customisable imaging unit solutions
About You
You thrive on growing business with new/fledgling clients to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years\β experience in account management, technical sales, or OEM partnerships within semi-conductors, materials science, machine vision, optics, imaging, instrumentation or closely related
- The energy, tenacity, and ambition to grow accounts and close deals.
- The ability to work from Andover HQ 2 days per week, with international travel flexibility.
