Our client is a leading provider of chemistry equipment in the UK. These products range from glassware and consumables to reaction vessels and thermoregulation systems.
Laboratories throughout the UK are likely to buy these instruments without considering the full range of products on the market, and therefore often miss out on the most suitable product to suit their requirements. Within this role, you will aim to combat this.
Your position will focus on identifying customers in academic, CRO, biotech, and pharma laboratories – providing them with a viable and helpful solution to ensure their research takes place in a safe environment with productive and reliable equipment.
The position focuses on account management as well as prospecting new customers. Proven experience within scientific sales is highly desirable.
Travelling to customer sites is integral to the success of this position, and expected travel is 60%.
Mandatory requirements:
- BSc (Bachelor of Science) minimum in Chemistry or related subject
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- UK driver’s license
