We’re supporting a leading, global biopharma organisation in appointing an Evidence Synthesis Manager to drive the development of high-quality payer evidence and value materials supporting global market access strategy. This role sits within a global HTA & Payer function and offers strong exposure to asset strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and global–local market access activities. You will be expected to work autonomously and within a small team with a tight-knit culture, so personality-fit is very important.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of core payer evidence deliverables (e.g. Global Value Dossiers, value narratives, assessment reports)
- Translate payer strategy into clear, decision-ready materials aligned to global access plans (MASS)
- Identify evidence gaps and collaborate with HEOR/RWE teams to inform evidence generation
- Support asset strategy discussions with evidence-based insights
- Enable regional/local teams with globally aligned value tools and messaging
- Manage external partners and contribute to scientific communications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, or payer evidence (industry or consulting)
- Track record supporting global or asset-level access/evidence projects
- Strong understanding of payer/HTA environments (major markets preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and scientific communication skills
- Excellent time-management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
