This is a newly created leadership role designed to support and develop international sales teams across the UK, Europe, and North America. Your focus in this role will be driving accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across the wider commercial function. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales professionals, ensuring best practices are followed across quoting, CRM usage, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and overall sales process management.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting international sales teams across the UK, France, Germany, and the US
  • Driving consistency across sales processes, forecasting, CRM usage, and customer engagement activities
  • Leading regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and accountability frameworks with sales staff
  • Supporting the development of structured commercial processes as the business continues to scale globally
