Our client provides expert technical and laboratory support for the vast portfolio of clients in the (bio)pharmaceutical development sectors. They provide services that support the development of therapeutics (including: mAbs, bispecific antibodies, peptides, viruses, cell and gene therapies) throughout their lifecycle, spanning all phases within the pre-clinical and clinical development. They possess an impressive suite of chromatography and mass spectrometry systems spanning all the major instrument manufacturers with MS detectors ranging from single quad/triple quad to a selection of high-resolution instruments, all of which will be available for you to perform this diverse and stimulating role. Joining an expanding team of talented Scientists, you will hold responsibility for the analysis of a range of large molecule biopharmaceuticals using high-resolution LC-MS/MS instrumentation. You will play a key role in a range of projects including routine analysis as well as the development of bespoke methods for the characterisation of complex biologics. To be considered you must have: * Strong LC-MS/MS experience, ideally of the analysis of proteins/peptides or oligonucleotides * Experience working with a range of high-resolution mass spectrometry instrumentation * Working knowledge of GMP guidelines * Experience developing & validating bespoke methods This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible working hours.
