Our client is a leading UK-based life sciences company that specialises in developing software and digital solutions for the nuclear medicine, PET/SPECT imaging, and radiation safety sectors. They are seeking a Project Lead to join their team and head customer implementation projects for their market-leading nuclear medicine LIMS platforms. This is a highly customer-facing role, where you will combine your technical expertise, project delivery, and regulatory knowledge within a specialist environment. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations within radiopharmacies, ensuring successful deployment, validation, and adoption of systems used in PET and SPECT production environments. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will guide customers through implementation, regulatory validation, and ongoing system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project delivery including scope, timelines, risk and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in regulated environments
- Act as SME for nuclear medicine LIMS solutions, supporting configuration and best practice
- Deliver on-site training, workshops, and user onboarding for customers
- Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with software development teams to feedback customer requirements and support product improvements
- Manage user acceptance testing, upgrades, and post-go-live support
