Our client provides best in class analytical instruments to scientific organisations across the globe. Joining their expanding sales team, you will be responsible for the growth in sales of LC-MS systems to clients within the East UK territory. As LC-MS Sales Specialist, you will manage the full sales life cycle, advising on a range of LC-MS instrumentation to a multitude of clients, including research laboratories, CROs and academia. This will include:
- Initial contact to understand client requirements and analytical challenges/goals
- Technical discussions and advising of best products/solutions
- Input into the instrument demonstration process
- Negotiating sale and project completion
You will provide a crucial interface between in-house teams and customers, ensuring the business responds to customer requirements and continues to offer the highest quality services and products to the market. You will attend and support events and conferences and remain abreast of competitor products and applications. Enthusiastic and motivated scientists with expert knowledge of LC-MS are encouraged to apply!
To be considered for this role you will need:
- BSc in Chemistry/Chemistry related subject or equivalent experience
- UK Drivers License
- Right to work in the UK
- Practical knowledge/equivalent experience of LC-MS systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Resilience and problem-solving skills
