Our client is looking for an Internal Scientific Sales Specialist to support their regional sales managers by proactively identifying and closing new business opportunities across the UK. What you’ll be doing: * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential customers – comfortable making up to 100+ outbound calls per day * Virtual Meetings: Conduct product demonstrations and consultations via Zoom/Teams * Sales Cycle Management: Provide quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales * Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers * CRM Use: Keep accurate records of leads and pipeline using HubSpot What we’re looking for: * A confident communicator – someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with new people * Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to succeed * Background in science (Chemistry or Life Sciences preferred) OR experience in a lab environment * Previous telesales experience (especially within the scientific/technical sector) is highly desirable but not essential What’s on offer: * Highly competitive starting salary * Quarterly bonus scheme * Company laptop and mobile phone * Flexibility to work remotely (UK-based) or from the head office in Bedfordshire * Join a friendly, dynamic and supportive team with real career progression Why this role?
