Our client is a leading provider of forensic testing services, providing expert scientific knowledge and expertise to their customers across the UK and globally. Joining a close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing administration support to HR processes with a focus on payroll activities.
In addition to this, you will utilise your previous experience to support the recruitment and onboarding of staff, which will include generating offer letters and contracts through to reference and right-to-work checks. In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be expected to use your initiative and adapt to changes in demand throughout the year.
To be considered for this role you must be an accomplished HR professional with experience in payroll management. You must be a confident communicator, and able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously where required.
In return you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, whilst working in a friendly and supportive team of HR professionals. This role can be offered on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days onsite in Feltham. Due to mandatory security clearance for this role, you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years.
