We’re working with a leading provider of laboratory water purification technologies recruiting for an experienced or aspiring Product Manager to join their team. In this role you will take ownership of a highly respected portfolio of scientific water purification systems used across research, pharmaceutical, and QC laboratories. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial strategy, taking products from concept through to market launch and ongoing optimisation. You'll also play a pivotal role in defining the future direction of an innovative product portfolio while collaborating closely with R&D, engineering, technical support, marketing, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap for a portfolio of laboratory water purification products
- Manage full product lifecycle, from market analysis, product requirements through to launch and post-launch optimisation
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with customer and commercial needs
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and future product requirements
- Lead product introductions alongside sales and marketing teams
- Deliver product training and communicate product updates and performance metrics to key stakeholders
To be considered for the position, you will have:
- Degree qualified in a Science or Engineering discipline
- Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in Product Management or customer-facing roles is desirable
- Experience working with scientific, laboratory, analytical, or industrial equipment is highly desirable
- Experience with water technologies is a nice to have
- Ability to balance technical detail with commercial and customer needs
- Passionate about customer-focused product development and continuous improvement
