We are seeking an accomplished Environmental Fate & Metabolism SME to lead our growing Environmental Fate team. As the Head of E-Fate, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to Study Directors, Scientists, Technicians, and Support Staff. Your responsibilities include overseeing scientific and operational performance, ensuring high standards of science, quality, and financial results. You will drive the department's capabilities, enhance team performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. As a subject matter expert, you will support business development by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to commercial growth.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A relevant higher degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline
  • Recognition as an SME in EFate
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills with a track record of delivering high standards of science, quality, and financial performance
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and familiarity with GLP standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
