Our client is a global contract research organisation servicing the agrochemical sector, creating new discoveries that have a positive impact on the environment by utilizing their in-house scientific expertise! Due to an expansion of their analytical testing capabilities, we are currently recruiting an experienced or graduate Chemist to join and learn from a distinguished team of scientists.
Here, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of analyses on chemicals, in support of Synthetic Organic Chemists and Formulation Teams. You will implement a range of analytical techniques including GC, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, Ion Chromatography, IR and wet chemistry methods.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and motivated Chemistry (or related) graduates who are able to demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career in analytical chemistry. Ideally you will have undertaken a laboratory-based placement year/final year project. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
