Our client is a global provider of scientific solutions, helping laboratories around the world enable advancements in many areas such as pharmaceutical, food, environmental and healthcare. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team covering customer sites across the UK.
Working mostly around the Southeast, you will travel to customer sites to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations of complex scientific imaging instruments used within the drug development process. Within this role you will be responsible for scheduling your own time, providing on-site user training and ensuring documentation is correct and up to date.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A HNC or equivalent in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- A full drivers licence
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field service environment.
- Comfortable with extensive travel
Full training on the instruments will be provided with this role and you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, company car, bonus and additional benefits.
